TICKET BOOKING INFORMATION The Hallam Hotel suggests that you should read the following information thoroughly before booking tickets. Ticket Booking Information forms part of the Terms and Conditions of booking tickets and entry of the Hallam Hotel and must be adhered to. Tickets may be purchased at the venue or over the phone with a credit card - Hallam Hotel Management Ph: 03 8786 0200 Once payment has been processed tickets may be collected from the Hallam Hotel. Each ticket will admit one person only. Tickets are non-refundable. Minors are not permitted entry into shows that are 18+ only. Minors are welcome to attend seated only shows on the condition that they have a ticket, order a meal and are accompanied by a responsible adult that also has a ticket; abiding by the rules and regulations set out by Liquor Licensing Victoria and Conditions of Entry of the Hallam Hotel. Standing only shows are General Admission (Standing) and the Headline Artist will perform after the last support act (if more than one). Please check info upon purchasing your tickets. Unless tickets are to be collected on entry, it is a requirement that you present your ticket on entry to the show. Please have your photo identification ready to present if requested by hotel staff and/or security. We suggest no open-toe shoes for stand-up shows. Cloak room service is available during all stand-up shows, garments/items must be collected on the night - service fee applies. All shows/events are non-smoking. An external smoking room is accessible. You may be screened upon entry with metal detectors and asked to present your bag/s for open inspection. If you fail to pass security inspections that are in accordance with security requirements and venue policy you may be asked to leave the premises and ticket/s will not be refunded. Neat/Smart Dress code applies no thongs, work boots or clothing displaying offensive writing/images. Hats are NOT permitted to be worn during performances. Recording devices are NOT to be used during performances. Tripods are NOT permitted into the venue. We request for all mobile phones to be swtiched off, or placed on silent during the performances. There are disabled toilets in the main entertainment room. The Hallam Hotel promotes a safe, friendly and happy environment - and -presents live music for your entertainment. The Hallam Hotel practises responsible service of alcohol and intoxicated people will be REFUSED entry at all times. Please note that hotel management reserves all rights.
